Eucerin set out to create a one-day pop-up experience in New York City to showcase their Radiant Tone collection. This immersive event was designed to take visitors on a transformative journey—from dark spots to radiant skin—brought to life through interactive art and cutting-edge technology across three distinct gallery spaces.
The Living Mural: Guests contribute alongside an artist to a large-scale artwork by placing dark spots onto blank walls. As more spots are added, a hidden message emerges in the untouched negative space. We would choose an engaging local artist that is familiar with collaborating with the public and would be comfortable in our environment.
Spot Portholes: A wall of portholes invites guests to peek inside and discover mesmerizing animations of dark spots fading over time. Inside, they’ll learn about the science behind skin tone correction and the power of Thiamidol™, Eucerin’s breakthrough ingredient.
The Digital Transformation Gallery: A looping exhibit of time-lapse portraits showcases skin transformations, with dark spots fading from faces. The experience highlights the real-life impact of Eucerin’s advanced skincare solutions. A photobooth at the end of the gallery will allow guests to take their own radiant skin photo.

We brought the Eucerin Radiant Tone launch to life with a one-day immersive experience at Lume Studios in New York City. The event was thoughtfully designed to introduce the product to key influencers during an exclusive preview, allowing them to test the product firsthand and share authentic content with their audiences on Instagram and TikTok. Complimentary coffee and refreshments were served during the exclusive preview, drawing in curious passersby and adding a welcoming touch to the experience. Following the influencer session, the space was opened to the public, offering a curated brand experience that boosted awareness and direct consumer engagement. The event generated significant social buzz with high-impact posts reaching a global audience, effectively highlighting the product’s benefits and expanding Eucerin’s digital footprint.
